The quickest fixes for the things that trip people up. If your issue isn't here, the Platform limitations page often explains the behaviour.

Connecting a channel

Instagram won't connect / says personal accounts can't publish

Instagram needs a Business or Creator account. In the Instagram app: Settings → Account type and tools → Switch to professional account, then reconnect. You don't need a Facebook Page. See Connect Instagram.

My Facebook Page isn't in the list

You need full control of the Page. Check the Page's access settings in Facebook, or add it to your Meta Business Portfolio, then reconnect. See Connect Facebook.

YouTube connection failed

Reconnect and leave all the permission boxes checked on Google's screen — we need the channel-read permission to find your channel. See Connect YouTube.

YouTube says there's no channel on my account

YouTube connects a channel, not just a Google login. If that account doesn't have a channel yet, create one at youtube.com (click your profile picture → "Create a channel"), then reconnect. If you use more than one Google account, make sure you pick the one that owns your channel.

LinkedIn says I need to reconnect

That's expected about every 60 days for personal profiles — click Reconnect on the LinkedIn card. See Connect LinkedIn.

I can't find TikTok or webhooks

TikTok and custom webhooks are on the Community plan. See Plans & limits.

A post failed or is stuck

My post says “awaiting platform”

For Reels and videos, the platform processes the upload before it goes live — this usually takes under a minute or two. It clears on its own.

My TikTok post isn't on my profile

It's waiting in your TikTok app inbox — open TikTok, finish the post, and tap Post. This is the normal flow until direct posting is enabled. See Connect TikTok.

A post shows “partial”

It published to some channels but not others. Open the post to see which channel failed and why — often a reconnect fixes it.

Analytics look wrong

My numbers show zero or look low

New posts settle over 24–72 hours, so give them a day or two. For Facebook, video views may need a Page reconnect, and some feed metrics are mid-transition on Facebook's side. LinkedIn analytics aren't available yet. Full detail: Data accuracy & freshness.

An old post stopped updating

Posts stop refreshing after about 28 days and freeze at their last numbers. That's expected.

Uploads & AI

My upload was rejected

Check the format and size. We accept PNG, JPEG, GIF, WebP, MP4, and MOV — not HEIC or AVIF (convert them first). Files must be within your plan's per-file limit. See Media Library.

I can't generate any more with AI

You've reached your monthly AI allowance. It resets at the start of the month — until then, you can keep posting with your own media. See Plans & limits.
