Data accuracy & freshness
Your numbers are pulled from each platform and refreshed automatically. Here's how fresh they are, why they keep growing for a few days, and why they sometimes differ from what you see natively.
How often we refresh
- Channel stats refresh about every 6 hours.
- New posts refresh hourly for their first day, when they move fastest.
- You can also hit Refresh on a post or channel to pull the latest right away.
Why numbers grow for a few days
Platforms finalize their counts over time — usually 24–72 hours, and up to about three days for YouTube. So a new post shows raw early numbers that grow as the platform settles them. Numbers from a few days ago are stable.
Why a post stops updating
We keep recent posts (about the last 28 days) up to date. After that, a post's numbers freeze at their last value, so older posts won't keep changing.
Why your numbers can differ from the platform
- Facebook video views need a specific access that not every connection has — if your Reels or videos show zero, reconnecting your Page usually restores them.
- Facebook feed metrics are mid-transition on Facebook's side, so some feed numbers may read low for now; your channel totals are unaffected.
- TikTok doesn't expose a day-by-day account history, so we show totals rather than a daily trend.
- LinkedIn analytics aren't available yet.
