- Is Free really free?
- Yes. No credit card, no trial countdown. Free covers connecting your channels, posting on-brand everywhere, AI captions, branded images, and analytics — for as long as you like.
- What does “public preview” mean?
- We're live and in active use, but still polishing and clearing each platform's review. We tell you exactly what's live and what's rolling out, rather than promising everything at once.
- Why can’t I connect Facebook, Instagram, or TikTok yet?
- Those networks require their own app review before a tool can post on your behalf. We're going through each one properly. They're available on Community today and open to everyone as each review clears — email [email protected] for early access.
- How much will paid plans cost?
- We haven't set final prices yet — and we'd rather not invent a number. Paid plans arrive as we exit preview, priced as one flat plan covering all your platforms (never per-channel). Join the early-supporter list to lock in preferential pricing.
- Do you train AI on my content?
- Never. Your posts, brand kit, and media are yours. We use official platform APIs, encrypt every token we store, and never feed your content to model training. See our security page for the details.
- What happens when I hit a limit?
- The action pauses with a clear message telling you what was reached and when it resets (or how to free a slot). Nothing breaks — you keep working within your remaining allowances.
