A small Melbourne firm,
building the desk where small brands run their whole online presence.
postme.live is a product of Outback Yak, a software company based in Melbourne, Australia. We build careful tools for people who run small businesses, brands, and creator pages, want to show up everywhere, and refuse to sound like everyone else's AI.

Outback Yak builds software products for small businesses and creators. postme.live is our take on running a small brand online: less ceremony, more attention to craft. Every legal entity, every billing record, every privacy commitment on this site sits under Outback Yak.
Why we built this
The problem
Running a brand on Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, and LinkedIn in 2026 means logging into five apps, copy-pasting the same caption five times, tweaking each one because the audiences are different, and tracking growth in a sixth tab.
The big “all-in-one” tools solve part of this, but they treat every post like a spreadsheet row, generic, identical, hashtag-stuffed. The result reads like it.
Our take
We started postme.live because we wanted a publishing desk that respects each platform's rhythm. Instagram's hook-first cadence. YouTube's structured titles and descriptions. Facebook's longer-form voice.
It grew from there. The desk now learns your brand, your logo, colours, fonts, and voice, and helps you discover what to post and create it on-brand, then broadcasts it everywhere. One source, many destinations, but every destination gets work that feels like you made it, because it started from your brand, not a blank template.
And a presence is more than posts. The desk now also keeps a Bio page that says who you are (readable by people and by AI agents), and Site Chat, so your own website can answer visitors from your content, in your voice, at any hour. Same brand, same desk.
We didn't just theorise it. We pointed postme.live at one of our own new channels, K cha Khabar, our news-intelligence platform, and from a standing start it reached ~48,000 views across Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube in 28 days, with no ad spend. That's our own pilot, not a promise, but it's why we believe showing up everywhere, on-brand, compounds.

How we operate
Encrypted tokens
OAuth tokens for every connected platform are encrypted at rest with AES-256-GCM. We never see, and never store, your platform passwords.
Only what we need
We request the narrowest scope from each platform: publish, read your own posts, and read your aggregate stats. No comments, no DMs, no deletion.
One-click delete
You can disconnect any account, delete any media, and erase your workspace at any time. See User Data Deletion.
No model training
We do not use your media, captions, or brand content to train AI models. Caption suggestions are generated per-request and not retained.
Hosted in Australia + EU
Production lives on Australian infrastructure with EU sub-processors for analytics. Sub-processors are listed in our Privacy Policy.
Plain-English policies
Our Privacy, Terms, and Data Deletion pages are written to be read by humans, not lawyers.
Built on official platform APIs
postme.live integrates with each platform through its official developer programme. We go through their App Review processes, follow their content policies, and stay current with their API versions. We're in public preview: Facebook, Instagram and YouTube are live for everyone today, and we turn on each new network the day it clears its review.
