Schedule & calendar
Publish later by scheduling a post for a specific date and time, and see everything you've planned on a calendar.
Scheduling a post
In the composer, instead of posting now, pick a date and time. Times use your own time zone, and the post publishes automatically when it's due.
- 1Write your post
- 2Pick a date & time
- 3Schedule
- 4It publishes automatically
Scheduled posts count toward your plan's pending-schedule limit (10 on Free, 50 on Community) — a slot frees up as soon as a post publishes. See Plans & limits.
The calendar
The calendar shows your posts on a month grid, so you can see your plan at a glance. Filter by status, platform, account, or caption text. On narrow screens it switches to a scrollable agenda list.
