The one place that spells out what each platform does and doesn't allow. Most limits come from the platforms themselves, and we note where, so you know what to expect.

Media formats & sizes
- Images: PNG, JPEG, GIF, WebP
- Video: MP4, MOV
- Not supported: HEIC, AVIF (convert to JPEG or PNG first)
