What you can post
| Format | Supported | Details |
|---|---|---|
| Text | Yes | Up to 63,206 characters |
| Single image | Yes | JPEG or PNG |
| Photo album (carousel) | Yes | Multiple photos in one post |
| Video | Yes | A single video per post |
| Reels | Yes | Published to your Page |
| Image + video together | No | Post images or a video, not both in one post |
After you connect
- We import recent posts and Page stats so your dashboard fills in.
- Your connection refreshes automatically. Facebook access is long-lived and postme.live renews it in the background.
Limitations & what's not supported
- Personal profiles can't post — only Pages.
- No mixed media — a single post is either photos or a video, not both.
- You need full control of the Page. Pages owned by a business you haven't been added to (with full control) won't appear in the picker.
Troubleshooting
My Page isn't in the list
You likely don't have full control of it. In Facebook, open the Page's settings → Page access and make sure you have full control. If the Page belongs to a business, add it to your Meta Business Portfolio (in Meta Business Suite), then reconnect.
Can I post to my personal Facebook profile?
No — Facebook's API only allows posting to Pages. If you don't have a Page yet, you can create one for free in Facebook, then connect it here.
Can I post a photo and a video in the same post?
Not in one post — Facebook doesn't support mixed image-and-video posts via the API. Split them into two posts.
